Thomas Maynard
Station Manager
Thomas Maynard is the Station Manager at WNHU, where he oversees day-to-day station operations, programming, and creative direction while working closely with students and alumni contributors to keep the station running smoothly and professionally.
Alongside his management role, he is also an on-air host of Classic Fusion, a weekly radio show that highlights classic rock from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, along with brief insights into the artists and music history behind the songs. His work on-air reflects his passion for storytelling and music programming, while his leadership role focuses on strengthening the station’s presence, organization, and overall content quality.
Balancing both roles, Thomas brings a mix of creative production experience and operational leadership to WNHU, helping bridge the gap between station management and on-air broadcasting.
Music Director
Matt Ceasar
Matt Ceasar is the Music Director at WNHU, where he helps shape the station’s music programming and works to keep the station’s musical identity fresh, diverse, and engaging for listeners. As part of his role, he also works with the station’s new playlist initiative, helping develop and organize playlists that give WNHU DJs more opportunities to discover and incorporate music into their shows.
Alongside his role as Music Director, Matt is also the host of The Triple M Show, a weekly radio program airing Monday nights from 8–10 PM. The show takes listeners on a rock journey spanning from the 60s through the 2000s, featuring everything from classic rock and hard rock to alternative and other sounds from across the rock spectrum.
Through The Triple M Show and his work behind the scenes, Matt brings a strong passion for rock music and radio programming to WNHU. His work as Music Director helps contribute to the station’s overall musical direction, while his on-air show gives listeners a chance to experience that passion firsthand.
Ryan Egan
Operations Manager
Ryan Egan is the Operations Manager at WNHU, where he oversees the station’s IT and web operations, helping maintain the technology, online platforms, and digital infrastructure that support the station’s day-to-day operations.
Alongside his role at WNHU, Ryan is also involved with Chatting with Chargers, where he serves as Operations Manager. In this role, he helps coordinate the technical side of the show, working with the team to keep productions organized and running smoothly.
Ryan brings a combination of technical knowledge, production experience, and organizational skills to both WNHU and Chatting with Chargers. His work behind the scenes helps ensure that the station and its digital content remain accessible, reliable, and professionally produced.
General Manger
Bruce Barber
Bruce Barber is the General Manager of WNHU and a longtime Connecticut radio personality with more than four decades of broadcasting experience. Best known as the co-host of WPLR's legendary Smith & Barber Morning Show, Bruce has also worked as a host, producer, podcaster, and voice talent for Connecticut Public Radio. Since 2016, he has led WNHU while mentoring student broadcasters and helping the station continue its tradition of excellence in college radio.
