Hosted by Pete Sotere, the show explores the many sounds and styles of heavy metal across the decades, featuring legendary artists, classic tracks, and the bands that continue to push the genre forward.

The journey goes all the way back to the proto-metal of the 1960s, highlighting the artists and songs that helped lay the foundation for heavy metal before the genre fully emerged.
