88.7 WNHU isn’t just a radio station, it’s a launchpad for creativity, confidence, and community. Run entirely by students at the University of New Haven, WNHU gives us the chance to learn, lead, and grow through hands-on experience in broadcasting and media.

 

On April 22, 2026, Giving Day at the University of New Haven, WNHU launches its spring fundraiser! We are raising funds to acquire music to build a robust music library that will be available to all of our student and alumni DJs. This will ensure that we are maximizing the capacity of the software that powers WNHU with material that meets the proper licensing and copyright requirements.
